Shipping Policy

	Shipping and Handling Fees and Information Here at The OnlyPhoneNetwork has simple and easy to follow shipping policies. Please take some time to go over these policies in order to make the best decisions for your personal and professional needs.

	Ground Shipping: Standard Ground delivery starts at $4.99* per package. Delivery time runs from 3 to 7 business days dependent upon weight of the package and distance from our warehouses in Orlando, FL* Third Day: Three day delivery is available and starts at $6.99, timeframe and price may vary depending delivery location and size of package. Second Day:* Two day delivery is available and starts at $12.99, timeframe and price may vary depending delivery location and size of package. Next Day:* Overnight delivery is available and starts at $35.99*, timeframe and price may vary depending delivery location and size of package.

Expedited Shipping
We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS services for shipping methods such as 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day Air and Overnight. This is calculated based on both weight and dimensions and to the destination. If you would like to know exact shipping rates feel free to call or e-mail us with your zip along with the item(s) and we will be happy to calculate the rate for you. The cutoff time for expedited services is 1 PM EST Monday - Friday.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Shipments
We’re more than happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and have discounted rates for 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day and Overnight shipping to most areas within these states and provinces. Call or e-mail us for our special rates on shipping to these areas.

Order Processing
Orders are usually take one to three business days to process before being shipped. In most cases, your orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Order processing is a different procedure, separate from the shipping. To estimate delivery time, please consider the following steps: 1. Time an order is received by our office can sometimes be delayed up to 24 hours. 2. The actual processing time of the order. 3. The delivery time of the shipping company. Our office staff and fulfillment department are open Monday thru Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM EST to assist you in any questions you may have concerning an order. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. No orders are processed on weekends and holidays. Please note that all shipping and handling charges are non refundable, and will not be refunded for any reason.

In most cases an order can take from one (1) to three (3) business days to process before the shipping procedure is begun. In the event that the address information is entered incorrectly at the time ordering, it will then be corrected by UPS or USPS. Under these instances, there will be an additional charge made to the card holder’s account for this correction. This charge will take place in the event of a data entry error on the part of the customer. This charge will be credited only proceeding, after the order has left our warehouses and we have been billed by UPS or USPS for the error. For these types of charges, each case will be thoroughly investigated to insure that the error was not made by our shipping staff. Therefore, upon reading this statement, you are in agreement to OnlyThePhoneNetwork’s shipping and charging policies, please be sure that all address information is entered correctly, to insure the correct delivery of your order and to prevent any extra fees incurring. In the event there was an error made, by our staff, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible so that they can be addressed.
